About Eric Sadowsky
Born in 1991, Eric Sadowsky lives in Brooklyn. Diagnosed with autism at the age of three, Eric often relied on art to communicate his thoughts and feelings when language fell short. He began attending Pure Vision Arts in 2012, where he most commonly draws images in multiples. Often referencing imagery from his imagination such as food items, animals, airplanes and apparel, Eric’s drawings have a graphic, Pop Art quality to them. His signature color palette of neon and pastel adds a unique and vibrant touch to his work. Eric’s drawings were first exhibited at Pure Vision Arts in 2013 at the group exhibition Personal Space. In 2014, two of his transit-themed pieces were exhibited in the group show, Transit on the Spectrum: The Art of Pure Vision at the New York Transit Museum in Brooklyn, NY.
